The Assistant Chairman Office

The office of the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority is responsible for:

1. Organizing files, correspondence, and documents of the office.
2. Receiving correspondence addressed to the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority, categorizing it based on its importance, and presenting relevant matters to the Assistant.
3. Forwarding official communications to administrative units under the purview of the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority, along with directives from the Assistant for necessary actions.
4. Informing administrative units under the purview of the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority of directives from the Assistant and presenting related matters to him.
5. Organizing the work of committees and meetings chaired by the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority and preparing the agenda. 
6. Preparing memoranda assigned by the correspondences issued by the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority to administrative units within the Authority or relevant authorities in the state and following up on necessary actions.
7. Preparing studies and expressing opinions on matters received by the Assistant's office, presenting them to the Assistant along with recommendations.
8. Preparing administrative decisions and circulars issued by the Assistant to the Chairman of the Authority according to their jurisdiction.
