Chairman Office

The office of the Chairman of the Authority is responsible for:

1. Organizing files, correspondence, and documents of the office.
2. Receiving correspondence addressed to the Chairman of the Authority, categorizing it based on its importance, and presenting relevant matters to the Chairman.
3. Forwarding official communications to administrative units along with directives from the Chairman of the Authority for necessary actions.
4. Informing administrative units of directives from the Chairman of the Authority and presenting related matters to him.
5. Organizing the work of committees and meetings chaired by the Chairman of the Authority and preparing the agenda.
6. Preparing memoranda assigned by the correspondences issued by the Chairman of the Authority to administrative units within the Authority or relevant authorities in the state and following up on necessary actions.
7. Preparing administrative decisions and circulars issued by the Chairman of the Authority.
