Part 9 - Service Charges

107 Article
 Goods placed in the yards and warehouses of the Customs Administration shall be subject to the storage, handling and insurance charges and the other services required for the storage and inspection of goods at the applicable rates. However, storage charges shall not, in any way, exceed 50 per cent of the estimated value of the goods. In the event such warehouses are administered by other entities, they may collect such charges according to the provisions and rates specified in this respect.
 Goods may be subject to the charges of stowage, sealing, analysis and all services rendered.
The services and charges mentioned in this Article and the levying conditions shall be determined by a decision issued by the Competent Authority.
