Having perused the Amended Provisional Constitution, in particular articles 22, 33 and 34 thereof,
The Customs Law as promulgated by Law No. 40 of 2002,
Emiri Resolution No. 29 of 1996 on the resolutions of the Council of Ministers, submitted to the Emir for ratification and issuance, and
The proposal of the Minister of Finance,
Hereby resolves the following:
